ts250 - SAE battery plug for easy charging
It is the little things that make the difference. The battery on the TS250 is tiny, is behind a cover that is tough to get back on once removed, and connects to the bike with bullet plugs. If I am wondering if the battery voltage is low I have to remove the cover, unplug the terrible connectors, then remove the battery. If it is low and I want to charge it, I have to rig up some temporary wiring because my charger does not have bullet plug ends.
To address these shortcomings I installed an SAE 2 wire connector to the battery. The end is mounted just under the seat and is easily accessible without even needing to raise the seat. I can now charge the battery or check the voltage very easily. This removes one annoyance from maintaining the TS250.
